All potential students are welcome to stop by and meet myself and chat by phone or email to aid in their decision of taking lessons.

Do I need to my own instrument to take lessons?
Yes. In any musical instruction you will need an instrument to practice on in order to make progress.
For Guitar lessons you should bring your instrument with you to lessons.
For Piano lessons we will use my piano for lessons. Please leave yours at home :)
What ages of student can enroll in lessons?
All ages of students from 5 to 105 are welcome to take lessons.
From past experience I recommend that piano students start somewhere between 5 and 7 years of age dependent on each child's ability to stay focused for half and hour at a time and apparent aptitude to the instrument.
For guitar students I recommend not starting any earlier than 8 years old. The guitar is more complicated to produce sound from when you start as a child and more finger dexterity is needed. Younger children tend to get frustrated easily and thus turned off of learning an instrument they might have loved
Adult students are never too old to start!
Where is your studio located?
Lessons take place at my home studio in Walnut Grove, Langley, B.C.
Can I change the day, time, or length of my lesson?
Of course. Lessons can be changed in time, day and duration as long as the space is available.
